5/4/2023 0 Comments Borderlands 3 reduxThe grenade wall in the Diamond Armory now drops both grenades & artifacts.All characters now play widely different, and to tie in with the many lifesteal nerfs (As mentioned previously) regen skills have been greatly buffed, now allowing for a totally new playstyle. Once Redux has finished development, we will publish a full list of changed skills and abilities. Please check in game to see each overhauled tree. Due to the vast amounts of character skill changes, they will never be listed here.Amara has seen many changes to her Melee formula to ensure that playing her truly feels unique.She will also now find her IB and IC doing way more damage for her to truly help fulfil the purpose of her class. Moze has seen various balancing changes to skills like FITSD which were receiving tons of Mayhem scaling in the base game.Zane has seen numerous nerfs to the 4th skill tree including a cap on commitment, and a higher cannon cooldown, although Zane's green tree has now been given some of the lost damage in return making for a more diverse playstyle.FL4K has seen numerous changes in order to revert them back to the glass cannon beastmaster they were at launch.Trooper Shields no longer reflect projectiles because that shit is fucking annoying.Many Lifesteal skills have been severely nerfed.NVHM now scales with your character level.The damage formula is now much higher, meaning you will see higher damage numbers (purely visual).TVHM is now much harder and much more rewarding, giving it an actual purpose.Eridium/Cash drop rates have been reduced to rebalance the economy.Mayhem scaling and other scaling properties have been altered to tie in with the damage lost from anoint removal.Maliwan weapons now have faster charge times (Credit to Apocalyptech).All Torgue Assault Rifles are now fully automatic.All early game item restrictions have been unlocked, meaning artifacts can be used as early as level 1.Updated loot beam colors for Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare items.Updated the quality of loot dropped by invincible enemies.Updated the amount of loot dropped by invincible enemies.Legendary items will no longer world drop until level 35.Very Rare items will no longer world drop until level 15.Rare items will no longer world drop until level 10.The Eridium Fabricator now drops gear from any DLC/Event.Legendary world drop rates have been greatly reduced, putting more emphasis on farming for your gear during playthroughs.Players can now visit the Black Market Vendor on Nekrotafeyo's "Pyre of Stars" location to purchase Legacy Gear. All Pearlescents barring Takedown ones can be world dropped, but dedicated sources are locked at M6 and Above. NEW RARITY: Pearlescent (Enjoy hunting for them!) - Pearlescent replaces White Rarity, meaning you'll no longer find White rarity gear in game.Anointed enemies no longer spawn in Slaughters (Credit to Grimm).The reload gun popup now appears much lower in the magazine.Loot enemy spawn rates have been greatly increased.Loyalty reward notifications have been drastically reduced (Credit to Apocalyptech).More challenge icons are now visible on the map (Credit to Apocalyptech).Photo mode has been improved, and now allows for more freedom when controlling the camera (Credit to Apocalyptech).Melee attacks can now critical hit enemies.Takedown weapons are now highly prioritized as being the top tier "Meta" weapons in the mod.Various guns have seen Red Text, Fire Rate, Damage, and other statistic changes.Vendors have been overhauled to make Legendary drops much rarer.Mayhem Levels no longer feature modifiers at any level.Anointments are GONE - they can still be used in game, but will no longer drop from enemies, chests, or any other suitable loot source.It will NOT detail the latest patch notes changes to the mod such as gun buffs etc, and will ONLY showcase the major changes made to base B元.
